Chikn Noodle Soup

Chikn Noodle Soup
6 oz.  Rice Noodles
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup soy tvp
1/3 cup Chikn Broth Powder
4 cups boiling water

In a large sauce pan bring the water to a boil.  Add the noodles and celery and boil until the noodles are almost tender and the celery is soft.

Add the soy tvp and the Chikn Broth Powder and continue to cook about two minutes more.  Cover the pan the a lid and let stand for about ten minutes until the noodles are completely soft and the soy tvp has fully rehydrated.
